At Anna Scissor Hands, I understand the power of the perfect hair color. Whether you're looking to enhance your natural hue, try something bold and new, or correct a past coloring mishap, I am here to help you achieve the look you desire.
Color Consultation
A thorough hair color consultation typically involves a discussion of your desired outcome, hair history, lifestyle, and a scalp analysis. We will consider your natural hair color, any previous color treatments, and the condition of your hair to determine what's achievable. You will also be asked about your styling routine and product usage to ensure the new color complements your lifestyle. Expect to discuss reference photos and answer questions about your budget and timeline.
Consultations are Free, however a $15 no-show fee applies.
Full Foil
Hair highlights are sections of hair that are lightened a few shades than your natural color. They can add dimension, depth, and brightness to your hair. There are many different highlighting techniques available, so you can create a look that is perfect for you.
Balayage
Balayage is a hair coloring technique that creates a natural-looking, sun-kissed effect. It's achieved by hand-painting highlights onto the hair. This creates a softer, more diffused look than traditional highlighting.
Foilayage
Foilayage is a hair coloring technique that combines the natural-looking dimension of balayage with the controlled lightening of foils. It's achieved by hand-painting highlights throughout the hair, then wrapping each section in foil to accelerate the lightening process. This results in brighter, more noticeable highlights than traditional balayage, while still maintaining a softer, more blended look than traditional highlights
All Over Color
All-over hair color is a hair coloring technique that applies a single, uniform shade to your entire head of hair. It's a popular choice for those who want to completely change their hair color, cover grays, or achieve a richer, more even color
Color Root Touch-Up
A root touch-up is a hair coloring process that specifically targets the hair roots to cover up gray hairs or hair regrowth. It's a temporary or permanent solution to maintain a consistent hair color between salon visits. Must have 2 inches or less of grow out.
All Over Bleach and Tone
A dusting of the hair. Does not take any length off the ends. Simply only taking split ends off on the bottom and surface hair.
Lightener Root Touch Up
A bleach and tone retouch is a service that helps maintain blonde hair by lightening the roots and neutralizing any brassiness or yellow tones. Maintenance for a lightener touch up is typically between 6-8 weeks of growth. If it has been past 8 weeks you will need to schedule an all over bleach and tone as it requires more time.
Face Framing Highlights/Color Blocking
Face-framing highlights and color blocking are both popular hair coloring techniques that can be used together to create a stylish and dimensional look.
Face-framing highlights are lighter sections of hair that are placed around the face to brighten and soften features.
Color blocking involves using two or more contrasting colors to create a bold and graphic effect
Vivid Hair
Vivid hair colors are any colors that are not naturally found in hair. This can include a wide range of colors, from bright blues and greens to neon yellows and pinks. Vivid hair colors are a great way to express your individuality and creativity.
Vivid hair colors tend to fade faster than natural hair colors & can be more difficult to maintain. However, with the right care, you can enjoy your vivid hair color for weeks or even months.
Vivid hair is a longer service that requires lightening the hair, toning, treatments, and vivid color.. Please schedule a consultation before any vivid services.
Corrective Color
Hair color correction is a process used to fix unwanted tones or colors in your hair. This can be caused by a variety of factors, such as a DIY dye job gone wrong, professional coloring that didn't achieve the desired results, or natural color fading.
There are a number of different techniques that can be used for hair color correction, depending on the specific problem that needs to be addressed. All color corrections must have a consultation prior to appointment.
Please schedule a consultation before any color correction service.
